Our polyurethane aerogel products are based on the SLENTITE® technology that was originally developed at BASF SE by the aerogel-it founders in ca. 10 years of R&D work.

Thin polyurethane aerogel boards
Thin and robust, dust-free PU aerogel boards of 5 to 10 mm thickness are especially useful in environments where space is limited.
The thermal insulation performance of thin PU aerogel boards is better than SLENTITE® with down to 0.016 W/m*K. Also, the mechanical performance is superior.
Thin PU aerogel boards are being investigated as troubleshooting materials for thermal bridges.
Thin PU aerogel boards are currently not a standard product but limited quantities are available. Production on request is also possible.
Thinnest polyurethane aerogel sheets
Thinnest and flexible, dust-free PU aerogel sheets of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm thickness are relevant in extremely narrow spaces where dust is not tolerated.
The thermal insulation performance better than SLENTITE® with down to to 0.016 W/(m*K). PU aerogel sheets show some flexibility depending on thickness.
PU aerogel sheets are being investigated for thermal management of electronic devices.
PU aerogel sheets are currently not a standard product but limited quantities are available. Production on request is also possible.
